4-5 year olds. They practice for 20 minutes before each game, then play for 30 minutes

6-7 Year Olds
6-7 Year olds practice for an hour during the week, then they play for an hour on the weekend.

8-9 Year Olds
8-9 Year olds practice fro 1 hour during the week, then play for one hour on the weekend.
Age Group: 8 - 9
10-12 Year Olds
10-12 Year olds practice at the North Austin YMCA and play with the Northwest league. They practice for one hour during the week, and play for an hour on the weekend.
